We are pleased to handle your hotel reservations which we will be basing on the information you provide on the registration form. Since you're a valued partner, Chase Paymentech Solutions will be responsible for your hotel room for the duration of the event, as well as any meals and activities associated with Step Ahead. Additionally, we have negotiated room rates for a few additional nights outside of April 25th to April 27th for anyone whom would like to extend their stay. The reservations for the negotiated rates are on a first come first serve basis. For your convenience, the resort honors all major credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation letter to ensure we have your proper check-in and checkout dates. Please note that Chase Paymentech Solutions cannot be responsible for the extra night stays and they are subject to availability.
- All rooms are either single or double occupied rooms.
- Smoking and Non-Smoking preferences were noted in your registration form and the hotel will make every effort to honor your preferences.
Check-in is at 4 pm and Checkout is at 12 pm . The resort will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate all arrivals prior to their check-in time, however if your room is not ready at the time of check-in, the resort will store your luggage for you. For late checkout, please contact the front desk directly on that day.
